Buff Whelan Chevrolet Service Department was an Excellent Experience. Staff showed me respect and listened to what my Traverse needed done. Service Department Staff informed me of time frame of service. Also, Staff showed me Guest Waiting Area, and offer free refreshments. Wait time just flew by. Over all experience at Buff Whelan Chevrolet was Excellent!!!
