Hotel is nice; rooms are nicely equipped. Some staff leaves a bit to be desired - one woman at the front desk seemed to care less about her guests. In dealing with her, I always felt like I was an imposition. The air conditioner unit in our room made loud rattling sounds the second night there and after asking Ms. I Could Care Less About You to have someone look at it, the next night we tried to get some sleep in a very warm room, ended up having to open our window, only to have to listen to the freeway traffic, then were woken up by a high-pitched whistling sound. The shuttle drivers are great - very nice. This hotel does have a great location to the airport, but I would highly recommend the Marriott in Quincy. We spent our first two nights there...great staff, great room, nice restaurant and lounge. We had to move hotels for work reasons. Wish we could have stayed in Quincy; much nicer area! Chelsea area leaves a bit to be desired!
