I just spoke to Shawn at this office as a last ditch effort to get my Mother's Death Underpayment for a payment the bank sent back after she died, but she was entitled to. Shawn was a breath of fresh air and was extremely helpful. Though it has been a year since we originally contacted the Provo fiield office and we are virtually unable to get a human to answer the phone there, I have faith that Shawn is going to make this happen for us. He offered a follow-up plan and was just extremely upbeat at what sounds to be a pretty difficult job. I appreciate Shawn's professionalism and great attitude and I hope that we see this money in the very near future. Thanks Shawn for your excellent service.
