The hotel is georgrous. The service is for sure need some improvement. I'm on hospitality for more than 10 years. 1st the waiter and waitress could definitely smile more. 2. The food itself is good except that I bit some stone from my shrimp salad. The waiter came to me and says that was semame. Grrr. Well it almost cracked my crown. F&b manager came to apologize but did not offer to change my plate or anything. 3. Once you are asking to charge the phone. They seems to do it for giving me a big favor. Well I would say it's a beautiful hotel with its reputation as No. 1 in Aswan but the service is not as good as in movenpick here.
