I can honestly say I have NEVER encountered a group of incompetent people such as the ones employed by Foreman Financial. They would contact all my references monthly when my payment was due; not after more than 30 days,they would call my references within the 10 day grace period that they provide. They would blow up my phone via text and call a week prior to my payment being due ,MONTHLY! then Moises decided to take me off auto pay,because they make money off you by taking an over the phone payment. Whenever my husband would call in a payment ,they would tell him they wouldn't be able to receive his payment because he wasn't authorized to make payments; EVEN after we supplied Melissa with the proper documentation as requested,various times. Then my insurance paid off my car after it was totalled, on August 13th, today is Sept 27th and I have yet to receive my check . I have called every Friday,because that's when checks go out. I have spoken to Alejandra,who is the supervisor, I have spoken to Javier, and Andrea the one who sends out the checks,and every Friday they have told me that my check had already been sent out the week prior. It wasn't until today, the 27th that I was able to get a tracking number from them! Alejandra Saltos, Andrea Cervantez, Moises, Javier and Melissa are the ABSOLUTE WORST! You guys make the Hispanic community look bad!
