Went to go get my passport done on Sept. 16th 2019...

Went to go get my passport done on Sept. 16th 2019 and also after 5hrs of bought being there, was finally able to finish the process and was told that my passport will be ready on Oct. 15th 2019 and I bought a priority mail envelope so they can mail it and until now (Nov. 3rd 2019), they haven't mail my passport out to me and I live in Chicago. Anyone went between these dates and have gotten their passports yet??
