This is my first time purchasing with Honda and the person who helped me was Kim Kelly. We called in inquiring about the 2018 Honda Civic Ex- white exterior with black interior- then made the appointment to come in and see the car. I shopped 3 different Honda dealers and by far Norm Reeves was the best. Kim had the best customer service and did not make it seem like she only cared about the sale but making sure we discussed all our options, she was very detailed and definitely knew her stuff. Within an hour or two, we were signing the paperwork and closed the deal. I feel like I received the best customer service over the other 3 dealers and made the best decision. I am so in love with my new Civic and even more happy that I bought with Kim, even a week later if I have any questions she's still so quick to get back to me and extremely helpful.
