This was the worst experience. I had a damaged front bumper. It took almost 2 months for me to get me car back. For the first 2 weeks I could not get in touch with anyone and no one reached out to me. When I did manage to get the guy dealing with my car, I was promised the following week and he promised to reach out to me. He did reached out to me.
When next week came, no car. On call was made to me, I had to reach out to Toyota. I was then told the following week. This pattern continued for a month. At the end of it no one even said sorry for taking this long. They don't seem to care. I personally will not use their services again.
