I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a drink ...I to...

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a drink ...I told one of the managers regarding the bad service ( Viviana ) she didn't do a thing to fix the problem ...instead she call the security on me .I'm staying here for 3 nights .only been here one night ....I just want to leave already .
Not recommend this place at all.
