Absolutely awful. They gave me a quote for work I wanted done, did work, then claimed that they "forgot" to include a several hundred dollar item item after they did the work. They then tried to charge me for the several hundred dollar item without my consent or even without warning. I recommend literally any other Hyundai dealership in Ottawa or Gatineau.
