I just wanted to take a minute to share my recent experience at Gateway Toyota. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would have. More specifically I had the pleasure of dealing with Jay Fink and Mike Tran. The moment I walked in I felt at ease with both Mike and Jay. They listened to my needs, answered my questions and took their time. Their knowledge and experience went far beyond any other dealership I had encountered. As a female, I dread buying a new vehicle but not once did I feel pressured, disrespect or taken advantage of. The entire process was smooth and easy with no games. I left thrilled with my purchase and felt comfort in knowing that I got not only a great deal, but that any concerns or issues that might come up I could confidently go back to Gateway Toyota and be taken care of. Thank you to Jay and Mike and to those considering a new vehicle do not hesitate to go to Gateway Toyota!
