First of all, it is not the employees' fault. They are friendly and helpful. There are also plenty of saunas and it is clean. The pools have a nice temperature.

But what strikes me as less positive, a lot of wear and tear at the couches and even that the filling is out. Both in restaurants and relaxation room. That looks poor.

The relaxation room gives me stress. No pillows or blankets, and above all no rest with the restaurant sounds underneath and people walking through the room talking.

In the restaurant there are sitting areas that are very cold and drafty because the outside door always opens. Put some warm blankets there. That is welcoming and comfortable and in Sauna Soesterberg, for example, they also do that in the somewhat more drafted seating areas.

The cupboards in the dressing room are too small for 2 people. When our bag and coats are in it is almost full. So cramps. Many cupboards fall into the lock when they are open. Then you have to go back to the hallway halfway to change your locker with the bracelet. A visitor's bracelet was in the locker when changing clothes, he had to go to the reception where there was a long line. We therefore only put a shoe or bag for it. Tip, adjust the doors so that they do not suddenly fall into the lock.

Also difficult that you only get 1 bracelet. Then you cannot order anything to drink if your company is elsewhere.

Only high hair dryers and no hand hair dryers at the dressing area. Hot air comes out of a kind of blower. Then I go home when I use it as a poodle after blow drying! And very inconvenient for wheelchair users or small people.
Tip: 2 hand-held hairdryers at the mirrors opposite the toilets. It doesn't cost that much.

At the checkout 11 people in line and only 1 employee !! That was at 6:00 pm, what a letdown max a relaxing day as long as in line. A minimum of 1 extra employee at the reception does not seem superfluous to me.

And could someone tell me why you should put your private things in a plastic bag? That is the case in more saunas. I thought this was for hygiene, but an employee said the staff "wants to see what I have in my bag." But why? Do they walk along all the coat racks to check? Is that allowed? I'm curious about that.
