This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. At first they told us we were approved for a certain amount. Then they came back with 100k less then what they previously stated. We agreed on a FHA Loan, no down payment. Then it came up to we need to have x amount for a down payment. We said fine and went on with this. Two weeks before closing they decided to tell us that we need to get our taxes done and since we would owe money (own a business) we had to pay the amount owed to the IRS before our closing date otherwise they couldn t give us the loan. I wouldn t recommend Valley Mortgage to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible company.
