Terrible Company!! I went through a Workers Comp audit in Aug this year, turned in all the documentation requested and they randomly cancelled my policy?? No notification just sent cancellation letters to our builders. I call to figure this out and was told my auditor was missing information requested... which she wasn't because I produced the emails of all documentation dated Sept 7th 2018!! The auditor will not return my calls, calling into to this company is no help and people are rude. I've been with this company for 8 years and this is what I get?? Mind you this is the 2nd time they've screwed up my audit!! Beware poor customer service!! I'm on day 4 with no workers comp thanks to this company and still no resolve.
