If I could give a zero I would. I called Saturday afternoon requesting an appointment to clean out a clogged drain in kitchen and laundry room. The very nice representative set the appointment from 1 to 7 for Sunday. Mind you they advertise 24/7. I received a confirmation email stating they will be there between 12 and 4 Sunday. So we waited in all day. By 4:15 I called and was informed the tech was finishing up another job and would be calling me shortly. By 7:15 I called again just to be told we were rescheduled for today, Monday. I said that won't work because no one will be home. So I said if they don't come this evening I will get someone else. She put me on hold for a half hour supposedly trying to get a tech then hung up. I then called two other companies and their response time was under 12 hours.

The plumbers may be good, I wouldn't know. But the customer service agents need some training. The appointment should never had been made if they couldn't keep it and they should have extended the common courtesy and called me and informed me they could not make it.
