If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for Suddenlink 5 months ago with a package that included a $200.00 gift card. I was told today that I was not going to receive it because my internet speed isn't fast enough to be included in the promo. All I did was order the bundle that included the promo. Long story short, I spoke with a supervisor and was told I am out of luck. When told him I was going to cancel he said no problem he would transfer me to do so. Wow, they must have a ton of customers and huge profits to be able to do this! Cable is terrible, always has been, and always will be. I am picking up the phone now and calling Dish.
