Hands down some of the kindest folks you'll ever talk to. With a lovely southern draw, Renae at Better Built was extremely helpful and very friendly on the phone. Before I had a chance to write this review, she already had the order in the mail! Thanks again Renae!

As a product review, the Better Built toolbox that we have on two of our rigs withstands extreme weather conditions and endures much abuse. I work on the trail crew in southeast Utah's Arches/Canyonlands National Park, so these toolboxes are exposed to all types of elements. I highly recommend the Better Built products and the customer care and support that stands behind them.
