My HOA moved over to use LBPM as the HOA administr...

My HOA moved over to use LBPM as the HOA administrator and the service for our HOA has gone downhill since then. The portal they use has lost my login information twice and I can't get back in. Whenever I call during business hours I always get voicemail - never a live person who can help me. I use my bank's billpay to send my payment for the HOA so it arrives on time on the 1st of the month and they reliably are 2 weeks late in depositing this payment, so I never know if it's credited or not.
