I have lived at The Woods of Eagle Creek for six months and I'm very disappointed in the service I have received from day one. I was forced to push back my move-in day because there was a scheduling error (this was a major inconvenience). My backyard area was full of weeds 2 feet high when I moved in, I contacted the office requesting someone to assist with it and they said they would send someone out. It's now four months later and I've had to do it on my own every single time. I have recently attempted to contact the office eight times in the last 3 days and I have yet to have anyone pick up. I was really looking forward to spending my first year in Indianapolis here, but now I cannot wait to move someplace else.
