I have bought several items from this store to include cushions for my husband's chair because he was having problems getting up from the chair because it was so low due to a car accident which broke his sternum in two places. I've also rented a lift chair and wheelchair for my Dad when my parents were down visiting and staying at a nearby hotel... the people here are all very courteous, attentive, and accommodating. They go above and beyond the call of "service" here. I needed the chair and wheelchair delivered to the hotel so it could be put in their room (my Dad can't sleep in a bed, so he sleeps and is more comfortable in a lift chair). They delivered it and picked it up without a problem. Recently, I purchased a three wheeled knee scooter for my husband because he has a nasty open wound on the bottom of his foot... it arrived in a box and had to be put together. I tried my best to figure it out and put it together, but was unable to. So, I called this store to see if they could help and told them that I would pay for them putting it together since they rent the scooters I thought that they would know how to put it together. They said "Sure, bring it by" without hesitation. I brought it to the store and two guys worked on putting it together, it only took them about 20 - 30 minutes. The fee they charged was minimal. I am so thankful for their help! Everyone here is just awesome!
