While trying to order a rug on line, their website never gave me confirmation that my order was complete nor did it give me a confirmation #. I assumed the order didn t go through and several days later I ordered the same rug. Apparently the first order went through without giving me a confirmation # and they shipped 2 rugs. It literally took a week of emails back and forth explaining that I didn't need 2 rugs, and the problem was on with their website. They finally agreed to take it back without a Re-stocking fee. I ve never encountered a less helpful customer service group, ever. Good luck getting anyone to answer when you call.
