62 MONTHS, That is 5 years and 2 months never a problem. One month they have a problem and disconnect my power. For 62 months they received their money on time. One month of mis communication and bam power cut off. I called and they said they sent an email on Friday & disconnect the power Monday morning. Guess what!! They sent the email to the wrong address if they sent it at all. Folks perhaps the loss of billing for Tago has hurt them financially. They were a great company, really a shame to see the greed & disrespect.
