Terrible service.. dropped in a car in the morning...

Terrible service.. dropped in a car in the morning, and they didn't even start on it until I checked-in, after 4+ hours. The entire service was supposed to take 4 hours. If I hadn't checked in on them, they probably wouldn't have even started it for the entire day. It wasted my 4hours..what was the point of making a car service appointment if they can't start on it for 4+ hours afterwards, and requires me to check in manually? No proactive communication or notification.
