BGE cut off our power with no notice. When we call...

BGE cut off our power with no notice. When we called to find out why, they explained that the address had a large balance on it that had not been paid. We explained to them that we had moved in about a month ago and that the person who did not pay the bill no longer lived at the residence. BGE explained that an investigation had been opened on the residence and that the power could not be turned back on until the investigation had concluded, which would take a minimum of three business days. We have actively been paying our bill and they will not turn the power back on until the "investigation" is over. This is causing unnecessary hardship us. We are not able to do laundry or shower with warm water, and we had to throw out our entire fridge and freezer contents. We tried to explain to them that we are active duty military and I am pregnant! They obviously don't care about their customers and the hardship that they put onto them.
