Seriously. This is American food. Fried. Greasy. Giant portions. Even the buffalo wings are over marinated and dehydrated like the ones in the US, probably the same exact batch too.

But, the ribs are excellent; soft chewy and has sufficient fat to have me back for more. The salmon is probably an after thought to cater to the island dwelling locals. I am local so I know how I want my fish.

The burgers are also good, and authentic, if there were ever such a concept. Singapore is a cosmopolitan city with lots of variety of food so please don't come here for gourmet.

Come here for giant portions of fried, greasy grubs that need both hands.

I enjoyed the food as much as the ambience. Keep rocking.
