Horrible, terrible, 45 minute wait everytime you need to schedule or reschedule, website does not work, every appliance they have ever worked on is still broken. The best thing about this company is their friendly staff but you are so annoyed by the time you get someone on the line you don't appreciate them! Had a service call planned for today 8/23/17 and 45 mintues later, they disconnected me and never called back. Then, 45 minutes later, they toldl me they do not have the part (after two weeks) and they have rescheduled the appointment for Friday but they never told me! My time is very valuable and this company has so many of my hours! Very disgusted! Stay AWAY from disService America!
