Horrible customer service. One hour to schedule a ...
Horrible customer service. One hour to schedule a service call for a microwave. Had to wait about two weeks. Waited till after the time promised elapsed and then was on phone for another hour. I got disconnected and they never called me back. For the time I spent, I could have earned enough to buy a new Microwave. They have grown too big and their service has become horrible.
I am looking for alternatives. I have asked for a supervisor to call me back and still have not heard.
Not worth the money they charge for a complete service contract. Truly disappointing.
