Our family worked with these guys for 5 year's. They fixed 5 of our properties in total. They bacame almost like family, being our go to for anything. When we were looking for solor for our home they pushed the PACE program through ygreen. We were told adding solor to our home would add value to our home, and once we sold our home the loan would go with the home. We would not have to pay it off first. Then we got a letter stating our house was now under a lien. After reaching out to reliable we were told that was normal and the lien would be removed once work was finished. But it never was, 2 years later reliable told us they stopped working with ygreen because they were getting similar complaints about this. The original cost was 40grand to be paid down over 20 years. We are trying to sell our home, but cannot do so until the solor is completely paid off. The bill is now 53 grand!!! We are losing that in escrow, reliable reaction to the 53grand was " right on"?? They gave us horrid advice, after we had payed around 300000 to them over the years for work. Now we are stuck losing money on our home, there was never even an apology for screwing us. This is a multi million dollar company that pretends to care. They offered to buy our home, but only if we payed the solor off ourself!!! Really, they are less then human. They don't care what happens to clients. We are so deeply hurt over this. Yes we are reaching out to an lawyer to figure out repercussions. Watch out they are snakes in the grass waiting to prey on anyone.
