The staff was very pleasant, welcoming and informative of the equipment. I'm giving two stars because Phil, the manager, was very rude to the people helping me when I asked them questions they didn't know the answers to. He was short and sarcastic with them which is highly off putting. I absolutely did not appreciate his attitude problem. If he embarrasses them in front of customers like he did then I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors! Treat your employees better.
