Newly enrolled, adult student. Had a few hurdles to get through with financial aid in order to enroll in classes. My financial aid advisor wasn't helpful. She made me feel as if she didn't care whether I got the issues resolved or not. I had to send her an email every single day just to make sure I didn't need to do anything further. She even told me I was waiting on my docs to be reviewed and it could take two weeks, so after waiting two weeks and not hearing from her, I sent her an email to find out what's going on and she responded letting me know my acct wasn't in review bc wsu had been waiting on more docs from me and it would be another two weeks before my financial aid was resolved. It took me almost two months to finish up my financial aid thanks to a negligent financial aid advisor.

I just hope the instructors are better than this. Fingers crossed.
