What a fucking bank this is. Customer-friendliness is not in their dictionary. Whatever happens customer is always right they don't know. I had an appointment, I neatly reported on arrival and waited until it was my turn. Everyone who came in without an appointment always went for me. When I was finally helped by an employee I said something about this apparently was not allowed because he summoned me to leave the bank which I naturally did not do. The police were called and I was handcuffed. CAN DO THIS JUST. I'm definitely going to a different bank. Does anyone have an idea at which bank the customer is central?
