We were able to grab our luggage earlier than expected. The CARMEL car was early and there when we were ready. The app was so easy to use and I loved the one click button to alert the driver we had picked up our bags. Muhammad was an excellent driver and knew the city very well. We arrived at our destination earlier than expected after a very enjoyable ride. The price was also great. This is my review but I was awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
