Booked Carmel for a 12:45 am pickup today from JFK. Carmel communicated well, immediately sending voucher, receipt & clear instructions. Reasonable fee; w/ option to prepay toll & gratuity, but no hidden costs. When pickup was near, even sent a "Show me my car" link indicating what car/license plate, current location, also name & a pic of driver and clear instructions. Car was clean; driver was very professional-courteous yet respected my privacy, quick but safe driving. Highly recommended. This is my unsolicited review; I will be awarded $10 token cash credit for sharing my experience but I am sharing this because I had a good experience with this company. Thank you Carmel! :)
