I buy a refrigerator on August 29, after a working...

I buy a refrigerator on August 29, after a working week I try, through their website, to know what the purpose of my order was but it was always in progress despite paid.
I try to contact the call center for three days in a row, leaving the name and number but nothing.
After 10 days I call the courier to unload the refrigerator but to be contacted by them not even thinking about it . The next day I get a call from them without worrying about the time passed .... bad post-sales, impossible to talk to an operator, luckily they didn't have the wrong model! Absolutely not recommended!
