We spent three nights here while work was being do...

We spent three nights here while work was being done at our apartment, the first night was fine, the second night we were in a different room that had no shower curtain on the shower and the glass only covered half of the shower area. As a result the shower was freezing cold. We asked on the third night if we could have a room with a shower that had a full door and were told it would be a $50 upgrade. I explained to the front desk staff the issue with the shower but they refused to understand our concern and were incredibly rude and inflexible.

Additionally, there are visible urine stains from pets throughout the hallways which is pretty disgusting.

Would not recommend.
