I have mixed feelings about this place, because although the food was delicious, it is the first time I have to rate the service, which usually does not affect the restaurant rating for me. However, in a place like this, which is considered very exclusive and the prices are adequate, waiter service almost does not exist. We waited at the entrance for 2min until someone came and the restaurant was literally empty. We sat down at the bar and received sushi master orders - who was the only one who showed us interest (and was very helpful!). However, when he tried to order something from the kitchen for us, he had to repeat and shout orders to the kitchen or waiters 5 times. I literally waited for a scoop of ice cream for 15 minutes. I was not in a hurry, but I do not expect such service in a place where I pay PLN 59 for a small roll. In addition, the screams every now and then regarding who needs what from the kitchen definitely do not match the place with class. I give 5 stars for food, but for inadequate service I should take even more.
