Brought my phone in at 1PM due to my signal droppi...

Brought my phone in at 1PM due to my signal dropping in and out, and my batter dying whenever it did try to re-connect. They assured me that they would figure out the issue in an hour and give me a price to fix it. I checked back two hours later and they were too 'swamped' - but they assured me again, they would figure out the problem and have it fixed by closing time. I went home, and called them at 4:30pm and they again said they were too swamped and I was 'pressuring them too much.'
They said I could just come pick up the phone.

Had they actually done what they said they'd do, they would've opened the phone to see I need a new battery, and could have replaced it in 10 mins.

Terrible, arrogant and egotistical service.
I was recommended this place but I've never experienced such terrible service.
