Very aggressive customer service, needs to be retrained, talking over you when trying to explain a dispute. Refused to identify herself and kept me on hold for 15 mins while allegedly trying to contact a supervisor. If I was in a better financial situation I would have second thoughts about using them.
All previous times I took my pets there the service was excellent and friendly. It's amazing how one
person's attitude can leave a negative impression.
