Unfortunately I have little good to say about the hospital. I just came on a medical recommendation. For me he would never set foot on me again. The administrative staff is good, some operational assistant as well. However, the surgery stay is on a different floor from the operating room. If nursing assistance is needed, the floor nurse should call the colleague and wait for the nurse to come when she can, whenever she wants, if she feels like it. The facilities are not good, the chairs uncomfortable, the bar has little supply and the service staff does not understand Portuguese well or whatever. I'm very sorry for the poor service from a surgical nurse. It was unfortunate that essentially the service he provided had further stained a situation that was not easy in itself.
