Not the worst, but definitely not the best. My experience with peak properties is that yes, like ALL companies, they are out to make money. However, other companies have much better customer service than this company. With peak properties, you have to be a squeaky wheel in order for maintenance issues to get fixed. Like another reviewer said, you don't have to pay rent if there is a maintenance issue that you feel needs to be fixed. Hold rent until they do it. I just pulled it and now have a new door coming, working call button, and repaired front door to the building. It all happened in one day after being a bi*** over the phone and saying respectfully that I would refuse to pay rent. Dave is one of the property managers, and is reasonable. I have not had any major issues with him personally other than it is obvious they don't want to spend a lot of money on repairs. PS the apartment building on evergreen and damen has super thin floors and walls. It SUCKS.
