This company is wonderful and I highly recommend buying from them. They stand by their products and really show that they care about their customers. I had a tooth break on my weaving loom, and tried to buy the piece separately on the site to no avail. I reached out to customer service about the issue. I was so worried they couldn t send out individual parts since some parts don t seem to be sold online, and that I would have to buy a whole other loom. This wasn t the case at all! Not only did they respond back extremely quickly, they were so kind and offered to ship me out a new part completely FREE of charge. It makes me feel good supporting a local company, and one that truly cares about their products and customers. I will be happy to purchase my next loom from them again in the future when I size up my loom. Thank you Beka!
