This place will be a cherished memory for my wife ...

This place will be a cherished memory for my wife and I for the rest of our lives. I couldn't picture a better honeymoon. This is the most historic hotel in Nassau, but it is still very nice. The prices for this place are more than reasonable, with good rooms, and good views. It has a full gym, beautiful landscaping, and a nice little private beach. It's total Zen. The downstairs bar is very elegant, and was a fun place to watch my Packers have a comeback victory over the Cowboys. To say the staff was friendly is a drastic understatement. They treat you like royalty. The atmosphere was great, and best of all it's on the main island, so you're in close proximity to the Queen's staircase, the Forts, and the rest of Nassaus intriguing history. It's literally a minute walk away from the Pirate Museum, and right next to all the bars on Wodes Rogers. It's also RIGHT across the street from Dunkin Donuts, which is lifesaving for me since that's my coffee of choice. But most importantly, it's a short, beautiful walk along the coastline from the famous fish fry. We have the money to stay on Paradise Island, but every time we go back to Nassau for our anniversary this hotel is where we will be staying. 5 stars isn't enough.
