The headoffice of Smailing Tour, one of the best travel agency in Indonesia. They have a good service, good knowledgement for every travel consultant, good package tour etc. But sometime I little bit dissappointed because some of staff there is not care with the customer and sometime the attitude how they are speaks is not good to the customer.

But overall we are happy to use Smailing Tour.
