A lovely museum comprised of 5 original buildings used by Life-Saving crews from the late 19th and early 20th century. The remarkable bravery of these selfless men, and their supportive spouses, is enshrined here to inspire future generations as well as commemorate the sacrifices made and heroism of their actions. Staffed by friendly and knowledgeable volunteers. The museum survives on entrance fees and donations. Some parts are wheelchair accessible, including the restrooms. A very worthwhile stop for fans of the Cape's history.
