Kurt K. is an excellent service advisor ("comfort specialist" I think they call him). He was very knowledgeable, clear and concise with great information and no pressure. He gave me all the options and let me make my decision. I also received a follow up call from the sales manager Mark P. just to follow up on my experience and pitch in where he could.
My experience compared to other bids is first rate. I will recommend this company and Kurt to my friends. I was happy to do business with a company that has a 'family' type vibe.
