Fortunately I had an out on a house I made an offer on with this company. Needless to say they attempted to inform us there were multiple offers on a home to try and pressure me into making a quick decision and offer my best and highest. They were quick to respond defensively when I informed them that their tactics to instill an emotional response would only leave them with a home they can't find a buyer for. End result here is the house is still not sold 3 months later. Obviously there were no other offers on the house. Crooks will continue to be crooks, beware before doing business with this company; even if you are only purchasing from them and not using their brokerage or realtor services.
