Biggest complaint. Was told furniture would be in at the end of September after purchasing it in August. Cool I can wait a bit. Then I get a phone call saying middle of October, then End of October. Guess what, next call said beginning of November and now I get one saying end of November. Great place if they provided what you purchased. Our sales person was very easy to work with and really enjoyed the experience. If only they could get the furniture you purchase. I purchased three rooms and so far only the kitchens table and chairs came in. The 1/4 of the bedroom furniture and 1 item from the living room. So I have a nice Hodgepodge of furniture. I can not and will not recommend Haynes since they failed miserably at ordering my furniture. WHen I call, all I get is, we dont know when it will be in.

Update November 30 and still no living room furniture. Missing one side table and coffee table as well for the living room set. Missing 2 side tables and one dresser for the bedroom. It s funny they sell you stuff they have no idea when they can fill the order. They just make up dates. When I called today I was told its their educated guess, when I asked if they could get an actual ship date you would think I asked for them to put a man on the moon. As the months pass I get more annoyed that I went to Haynes.

Update December 2nd rest of the bedroom furniture shows up. Two end tables and sliding dresser. The Sliding dresser arrived broken. Called it in, nobody knew what to do. I finally found someone who said they could help but they hung up on me. Called back and was told they didn t hang up but we got disconnected. They could have called back. Nope they didnt. I called again and again before someone said they submitted a trouble ticket and I should receive a phone call within 24 hours. I have no faith in Haynes as a company. Trying to get someone to talk to you is almost impossible. Unless you have time in your day to go into the place and ask for help avoid this place at all cost.

Merry Christmas, my couches showed up but still missing coffee table and end tables. Just to do a quick recap, I purchased in August told everything would be here at the end of September, Today I was told not till after Feb for a coffee table and side table.
Evidentially my coffee table and side table are waiting for the tree to finish growing before they can cut it down to get the lumbar to make them. Seriously its going to be 7 months and still no coffee or side tables and my sliding dresser is still broken. I cant stress this enough, do not do business with Haynes.

Update Dec 29 Was just called to say the repair guy I been waiting on me had his second family emergency both times on day they were suppose to show up and fix the broken furniture since being delivered.
If you are thinking about buying furniture from HAYNES trying calling customer service and just see if they ever answer. I been told 9 times a manager will contact me. So far nobody has. Contacted other than to say no word on your remaining order and nobody will ever come and fix the broken furniture.
