I recently ordered labels for my business from this company and was pleased with the quality of the product. However, the ordering process was a bit confusing and it took longer than expected to receive my order. The customer service was courteous, but it was difficult to get a clear answer to my inquiries. 🤔 While the final product was satisfactory, the overall experience left something to be desired. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope they can improve their communication and delivery times.
