Just about ok. Great location-walking distance to times square. Lots of elevators separated by floor heights, but still long waits. Fon't think it's because of the rush, just poor programming. Staff is ok- not super friendly as in other similar places. Rooms are smaller than I expected especially the bathrooms are cramped.
