Sears tries to get around any policy by screwing over there customers. They do not abide by any standards and they try and claim that they know nothing. My dryer has been out for 2 weeks and a part that was claimed to be shipped was not. Instead it was shipped today after numerous amounts of phone calls. My recommendation is NEVER by an appliance from sears.
